Where We Ship
We deliver exclusively to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses. All orders are sent via standard ground services.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is completely free for every order, with no minimum purchase amount. There are no hidden fuel surcharges, residential delivery fees, or handling charges. The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Order Processing
We process and pack orders within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.

Transit Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the continental U.S. More remote rural areas may take up to 8 business days. These are carrier estimates; actual delivery may vary due to weather, peak shipping seasons, or carrier routing changes.

Carriers
We choose from a group of established carriers to ensure reliable and cost‑effective service. Your shipment may be delivered by FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS, or regional carriers like OnTrac or LaserShip (where available). We select the carrier based on your address and package weight – we do not allow customer‑selected carrier preferences because our system optimizes for speed and tracking reliability.

Tracking
We email you a tracking number once the carrier scans your package. You can monitor progress directly on the carrier’s website. If tracking does not update within 48 hours, please contact us – we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, email us right away – we will attempt to update it before the shipping label is created. If your package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, we will notify you. We can reship to the correct address, but you will be charged the actual reshipping cost (since the original shipping was free). Alternatively, we may refund the product value minus a small handling fee, but we prefer to reship.

Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at no cost if you contact us before our warehouse begins packing – typically within 2 hours of order placement during business hours. Once packing has started, cancellation is not possible; you will need to receive the package and then use our free return process.

Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. You may refuse delivery or return the unopened package using our return procedure. Return shipping is free even for these voluntary returns, and we will issue a full refund for the product price upon receipt.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you discover visible damage, missing contents, or an incorrect item, report it to us within 3 calendar days of the delivery date (based on carrier tracking). Keep the original box, packing materials, and any damaged product for photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and we will provide a free return label if we need the item back. Claims made after 3 days may still be reviewed, but we cannot guarantee full resolution because carrier claim deadlines are tight.

Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, system outages, or high‑volume holiday periods. If a delay exceeds 15 business days and the order is confirmed lost, we will either reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
