Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept:

  • Visa (credit and debit)
  • MasterCard (credit and debit)
  • PayPal (including PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, and cards)

We do not accept American Express, Discover, wire transfers, checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.

Authorization and Charge Timing
When you place an order, we authorize your payment method for the full amount. This may appear as a pending hold on your account. We only capture (charge) the funds when your order is confirmed and ready for packing – typically within a few hours. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will void the authorization, and your bank will release the hold according to its own schedule.

Price Display
All product prices are in U.S. dollars ($). The price per item is clearly shown on each product page. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier cost changes, but price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Taxes
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. The tax amount, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We collect and remit sales tax in jurisdictions where we have a physical or economic nexus. You are responsible for any use tax that may apply in your state if we do not collect tax.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous U.S., as stated in our Shipping Policy. There are no additional handling fees.

Order Total Transparency
Your checkout summary shows item subtotal, estimated tax, and a $0.00 shipping line. No other charges will be added after your order is placed. We never charge your card without your explicit consent at checkout.

Fraud Prevention and Risk Controls
To protect both you and us, we use automated fraud screening tools. If your order is flagged for unusual activity (e.g., mismatched billing/shipping addresses, high order value, or rapid multiple attempts), we may contact you for additional verification before processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or high‑risk, with full refunds issued to the original payment method. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers – payment data is processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
