Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking to request a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect that was not apparent earlier.
Condition for Return
To qualify for a full refund, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and still in its original factory packaging.
- Free from any damage caused by the customer (e.g., broken seals, crushed boxes, stains).
- Accompanied by your order number or packing slip.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these hygiene and safety standards, especially for personal care products where opened or tampered items cannot be resold.
Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products with broken or missing safety seals.
- Custom orders placed specifically for wholesale clients.
- Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Send an email to info@kirklandsignatture-us.it.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not return any package without our authorization – we may not be able to identify it, and we cannot reimburse shipping costs you pay on your own.
Return Shipping Cost – Always Free
We provide a prepaid label for every approved return, at absolutely no cost to you. Whether you are returning because you changed your mind, received a defective item, or got the wrong product, you will not be charged any return shipping fee. There is also no restocking fee. The entire return process is free.
Refund of Original Shipping
Since we offer free standard shipping on all orders, there are no original shipping fees to refund.
Refund Processing
Once your returned package arrives at our Yonkers address and passes inspection, we issue the refund within 1 to 2 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit – this timeline is set by your financial institution.
Partial Refunds
If the returned item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage that occurred after delivery (not related to shipping), we may issue a partial refund (e.g., 50% of the item price) and notify you by email. If we cannot reach an agreement, we will return the item to you at our expense.
Damaged or Wrong Items – Fast‑Track
For arrival damage or incorrect products, we prioritize your case. Once you provide the required photos and order details, we will approve a replacement or full refund within 1 business day, and we will email you a free return label if we need the original item back.
